   I do not feel enlargement is a good idea. What i think is that what god gives you, you should use. I mean if you have a small friend use what you got. you may please you lady alittle bit. lol. sorry. lol. but what god gave you use. try something else to please you lady. i mean i do not know what to say to help, but enlargement may go wrong and like denise say is it worth it? like denise said can you cum, can you feel the sensation? am just being real

    Any man who risks his life and undergo surgery for a bigger penis is simply STUPID. These procedures are dangerous & can cause lifetime of pain & even death. I’ve never heard of male butt implants, but that too is fatuous — including these other male enhancements via plastic surgery. Plastic surgery in general for male & female is a waste of time — breast implants are the worst. Whatever happened to NATURAL BEAUTY? J, you’re straight up funny-CRAZY, but keep doin’ y’all thing.
